Our public Ghost Tour PLUS is a participatory event where members of the public experience a haunted history tour followed by a ghost hunting session.

- Brief video of paranormal activity and an overview of the site's history and reported hauntings.
- Tour through all levels providing historic and paranormal content
- Guided Investigation: For the 2nd portion of the night, professional investigators guide you through "hot spots".
- Demonstration on how to use specialized equipment and suggest techniques for enticing paranormal activity.
- Mini-Experiments: Guides may lead specific activities, such as Spirit Box sessions, EMF (Electromagnetic Field) sweeps, or traditional methods like or dowsing rods.
- Atmosphere: These events are almost always held after dark, often in historic or abandoned sites like prisons, asylums, and old mansions.
- Expert Guidance: Events are led by a paranormal investigator with 47 year of experience " who provide historical context and teach participants how to use equipment.
- Specialized Equipment: Participants are provided with:
