This adventure starts with a short video of paranormal evidence captured by a 47 year seasoned paranormal investigator. Your tour will be led by paranormal investigators - historian through all three floors of this haunted jail. Then participate in electronic voice phenomena (EVP) and Spirit Box sessions. Are you brave enough to sit in a cell....alone?
Our public Ghost Tour PLUS is a participatory event where members of the public experience a haunted history tour followed by a ghost hunting session.

- Check-in & Orientation: Upon arrival, staff provide a safety briefing
- Brief video of paranormal activity and an overview of the site's history and reported hauntings.
- Tour through all levels providing historic and paranormal content
- Guided Investigation: For the 2nd portion of the night, professional investigators guide you through "hot spots".
- Demonstration on how to use specialized equipment and suggest techniques for enticing paranormal activity.
- Mini-Experiments: Guides may lead specific activities, such as Spirit Box sessions, EMF (Electromagnetic Field) sweeps, or traditional methods like or dowsing rods.
- Atmosphere: These events are almost always held after dark, often in historic or abandoned sites like prisons, asylums, and old mansions.
- Expert Guidance: Events are led by a paranormal investigator with 47 year of experience " who provide historical context and teach participants how to use equipment.
- Specialized Equipment: Participants are provided with:
- EMF Meters: To detect electromagnetic field fluctuations.
- Spirit Boxes: For real-time audio communication attempts.
- Detection Devices: REM Pods detect spirit energy, Ultrasonic sensors and Infrared Induction sensors that detect motion
- Dowsing Rods: A traditional tool used to locate energy.
- Thermal Cameras & Digital Recorders: To capture visual anomalies or Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP).
- Check-in & Briefing: Guests arrive, sign safety waivers, and receive a briefing on the site's history and safety rules.
- Investigation Sessions: Guided groups spend approximately 50 to 60 minutes in specific areas conducting experiments, such as EVP sessions (asking questions aloud and recording) or monitoring energy spikes.
- Cost and Requirements: Tickets generally range from $10 to $50 depending on the venue and duration. Many events are 12+ or require minors to be accompanied by a guardian.
- Environment: Locations like old prisons, asylums, or other historic sites often lack heating, cooling, or modern facilities; guests are advised to dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.
- Personal Conduct: Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited. Respect for the property and any potential "spirits" is expected.
